I was happily running my Minecraft server with Nitrous. There were no issues that were not dealt with efficiently. They helped with Plugins and general questions.

However, the only disappointment was when I got hacked through an ex-staff member at Nitrous meaning I lost everything from the map to plugins. This really annoyed me, as you can imagine. I was told there was a recent backup, however, that was never put on. Then to add insult to injury, I was only offered one week’s free service.

There pricing is great, the website is superb and the server quality is of a good standard for what I paid and how much RAM I purchased. Overall a good host, I understand the hack was not entirely their fault.

I have been with Nitrous Networks for about a month now, and this was my first choice in picking a server host.
They have a good choice of packages and i chose to go with the obsidian package.

Over the past month i have had no problems whatsoever, the server is Lag Free even with a lot of people on it and a lot of plugins.

The best thing about Nitrous is definitely their customer support in my opinion, 95% of the time there is always someone on the online chat waiting to help people. They have always been there when i have needed help with anything! This was the main reason i chose to go with Nitrous as other server hosts lack in custom support. It is definitely a plus having someone who knows what they’re talking about ready to answer any questions you may have!

They offer great prices and also offer upgrades at really good prices.

I have had 100% uptime with Nitrous since i have joined, (apart from a 5 minute down time when they were doing upgrades)

Their Game Panel is really easy to understand and the interface is very user-friendly.

I highly recommend nitrous, their service is amazing and is way above the standard of any other server host i have come accross.

Well, these people are the most reasonably priced out there. They have no player cap on their servers unlike some hosts and well there service is just simply amazing! Everytime I had a question they were there. On their brilliant help desk.

And well their control panel was just simply awesome! One click to upload a plugin, and it was one of those control panels where things were where you expected them to be. And I had no problems with it.

Jordan and Harry the two owners are the most helpful, kindest people that I have ever had to speak about server hosting about. (Believe me before I found these guys some of the support I got from other hosts *cough* servercraft *cough* *cough* was just awful, so a big well done to Harry and Jordan!)

Anyway, I would certainly reccomend these people because:
They are friendly and always (like always) on their support desk.
There is a number to ring if you have problems.
Their prices are just simply amazing.

I’ve been using Jordan, Harry and the team for the past 8 months now, which is testament alone for the quality of service they provide.

Right from the beginning, The team at NN have been eager to help, logging onto my server to make sure everything is running smooth, and providing prompt assistance with all aspects of running a minecraft server!

The server itself runs smooth, with very little latency at high load periods, and server uptime is at its maximum, with prewarning of any downtime for upgrades, so nothing is left as a surpise with Nitrous.

The pricing system is very fair, and was the main reason I went to Nitrous Networks in the first place, managing to undercut nearly all of the major GSP’s on the network today, as well as providing the flexibilty of a “make your own” plan.

The Nitrous website is clean, and easy to use, providing you with all the information you need, and the control panels for the server, while feeling slightly older than some systems, are simple and allow you to break easily into the world of server management.

Overall Nitrous Networks have been a fantastic hosting company, and will enjoy my continued custom, along with a possible second server in the works.

I am now on my second month of renting a server from Nitrous-Networks and they have been a brilliant choice to go with. I only wanted a small server and I looked a lot of other sites, I didn’t go just for the amazing prices Nitrous do, I went more for the customer service. Their site is clean and easy to navigate which is a lot of help for me not being very technical and easily confused. At first I was having a little trouble getting my server to work so I sent them a message and they got back to me within the same day and got the problem fixed. The server has been perfect and runs very smoothly and no lag which was the reason I wanted to rent a server in the first place. I would recommend Nitrous-Networks to anybody who is looking to rent a server.

Found Nitrous-Networks after a quick Google search and found that they did Garry’s Mod 32 slot servers for £12.50. Way cheaper than any other company. I then signed up, paid and was amazed at how quickly the server was set up and ready for use – it was a matter of minutes.

The cPanel for the server is great and gives you full control over your game server and FTP is also provided for easy uploading of files (which is pretty quick).

Overall, in the few days I’ve had a server with NN, my experience has been great. They might be a small company but they are great!

I have only been hosting my server with Nitrous-Gaming for six days now, but I have been very impressed with the level of support I have received. I launched a Mini Games server and therefore several mods were required including Mani Admin Plugin, NoBlock, Fast Download etc.

If you are like me – looking to start up a server but require a good level of support due to being a technical noob – host your server with Nitrous-Gaming.

I should also mention that I’m paying less £13 a month for 22 slot, 100 tic server – very good value for money.

What can i say about Nitrous Networks, well for one it has the best support i have ever seen, if my server ever has a problem its fixed normaly within 30 mins, but most the times less than 10 mins, they have live chat and not once have i found it offline, someone is always there when i need them, i have had my minecraft server now for about 4 months and i would never go anywhere else, all i can say is…. if you have tryed the rest come to Nitrous Networks and try the best..

Well what can I say about Nitrous-Networks really, they’ve got literally the ‘best’ server hosting company I’ve come across in my time – The support is brilliant, the server performance is brilliant, everything is just astonishing.

I’ve been with a few server companies in the past, but nothing compares to the professional, affordable service that Nitrous brings to the table. They provide quality services, and the occasional laugh when chatting away to a support agent.

I own a relatively medium Gaming Community, and I must say they have made the experience for me a hell of a lot easier, what they offer is something you cannot, and will not find anywhere else. Their support is literally jaw-dropping, they’ll help you with any problem you have and they will do it fast.

One of the many problems I’ve had to date with managing servers, is I don’t have that great of an upload speed, this makes uploading maps, plugins, addons to my server a real pain, however. Just a simple click of the ‘contact’ button helped my problem, one of the support agents of Nitrous quickly helped me by uploading files that I had provided him with. I had my server up and running within just 5 minutes thanks to Nitrous.

My last point, is that the ‘owners’ themselves have got to be the most kind-hearted people you will come across. They will alert you if anything is going to happen. They even managed to locate my community’s forum, and they left a nice little friendly note, just to say “Hello” and wish us luck with our growing community. A few of the staff here occasionally play on our game servers and are a major part in our communities growth.

If I had to explain Nitrous-Networks in one word. I’d chose “Amazing”.

From the beginning Nitrous Networks has been very reliable and helpful in any problems i have had. If my server is causing a problem, one of them will check and find out why in minuets.

The server quality is as good as you can get for the amount I’m paying. Nearly no server lag with quite a few plugins running at once.

Pricing is also extremely good. Before i decided to go with Nitrous Networks, i looked around at over server hosting but Nitrous Networks always was cheaper and delivered more.

The website looks like a professional and reliable website. It has all the information you need while also giving live support.

Overall, i find that i have no problems with them and that they deliver what they say.

I got a server with Nitrous Networks when I was let down by another host. After buying my server, it was online in under 15 minutes and I was playing with my friends. I have made 3 tickets so far, including one where I asked if it would be wise to get more RAM for my Minecraft server, and they said that my current RAM usage wasn’t hitting my limit and I would be wasting my money if I upgraded to more RAM on my server – They said this even though they would have got more money from me and I was happy to pay. I fully expected them to say that I should upgrade my RAM, however they were honest and I appreciate that.

Two of the tickets I made were answered in less than 15 minutes, and the third one took a little over an hour because it was very early in the morning (3AM).

Overall I would say that Nitrous Networks are a great host. I have had no lag so far, and I have been with them for two months.

Well were can I start.
My previous GSP was Multiplay UK one of the UK’s largest GSP’s.
Just because they are the biggest dosn’t mean they are the best as I found out.
Within 5mins of registering with Nitrous Networks my server was ready.

They even helped me with my dynmap addon that requires a free port.

Above all they are really friendly and are always there wen you need help.

They blow Multiplay out the water, And my ticket with Multiplay about my broken server is still awaiting a reply, Yes I have a server up and running,
faster than they can reply to a ticket. It’s just amazing.

Ive been with nitrous since the start. And i must say that i love the hosting. I once had dedicated server with them, and it was really good. They helped me trough every possible problem. But then i cancel it because it wasnt that usefull anymore since my community shut down after loads of ddos. Anyhow, great servers, high quality support. Just an overall good host. They will help you with anything. Even making darkrp work on garrysmod servers… Even tho we all know it sucks.

Nitrous-Networks are just simply one of the hosts you will find in the UK. I currently have Web Hosting with them, but still the web hosting is really cheap for that is given to you. I am looking to buy many more servers from them in the future, because they prices for the game servers are also cheap for what they are.

What can i say about my experience with Nitrous-Networks? Well the first thing was that i had a nice talk with one of their staff members that answered my pre-sales questions with much professionalism. Once i had decided to order, it was as smooth as i hoped it would be. My server was setup within minutes of my clicking “Pay Now” and was on my server chopping down trees and such! Then i came to my first problem, i did not have a single clue how the hell to add the latest version of Bukkit and all the plugins along with it. But it wasn’t a problem. I logged into my billing panel submitted a ticket and 5 minutes later i had a response saying that everything i requested had been added to my server. Yes it was as fast as that, which amazed me after bad experiences with very slow support from other host’s.

Lagg on this server was non-existent, even when i packed it full to my limit there was no block reappearing as it does.

The other good thing is that if you want speedy support and help they have a basically 24/7 live support open with people on there willing to help you with whatever you need.

I have had a server with Nitrous Networks, they put my server up very quickly and i was happy that it was done quickly, when i had some trouble installing some mods on my server, they done it instead, and then told me were i went wrong, i am happy with there support and services and there prices are very reasonable.
